Bum cheek cramp anyone?

So I'm 5 days overdue and have been getting a cramp in just one butt cheek and round the top of my thigh. Sorry for slight TMI. Has anyone else had this?! so uncomfortable and can't seem to make it more manageable.

i am 12 dpoand i have pain in  inner thighs.

It's probably your sciatic nerve. I get it all the time and it makes it hard to walk.
