Confused 😔

Anyone had any random bleeding? I Ovulated cd 19 and cd 23 had bleeding for 2 and a half days. Started as Spotty and then by 3rd day it felt like a shot glass of warm water poured out but it was blood. Then it stoped out of no where. My AF is always 4-5 days. Currently CD 37. I was super regular until October when we started trying (app said I should have gotten AF on Monday but hasn’t so I keep “deleting my AF”) but I still haven’t gotten AF.

I got blood work done last month before my 47 day AF and all was normal.

Any thoughts?
