Can anyone explain this? I have pcos and recently had an ultrasound where they measured my ovarian volume. Ive never heard of this before. Apparently my right ovary is 14 ml and 16 ml on the left with "significant bilateral follicles". According to charts Ive seen, thats more than it should be for an otherwise healthy 33 yo. I have a gyn appt in 2 weeks but I wanted to see if there was any insight here in the mean time.
