Still hurting...

I had an unexplained loss in May of this year. I was 9 weeks and went in for my first appointment and there was no heartbeat. I have two healthy children, had two normal pregnancies and just never expected this to happen to me. Today would have been my due date and I have spent this week sinking lower and lower. I didn't even want to get out of bed today. Is this normal to feel this way? I thought I had been doing better but this week has been extremely tough.
