How to tell if your ovulating?

Hi all,
Need some advice, been ttc for 5 months now after coming off the pill (which I had been on for 10+ years). Co-worker mentioned that I might not actually be ovulating yet, so should track my temp. But after tracking for a month I am still unclear as it's all over the place. I have been getting positive ovulation tests. Around day 16. Could you have a look at my chart and tell me what you think? Every month it seems to get harder when AF comes!!

Are you not pregnant, this BBT chart looks like you are pregnant with your temperature going up.

I thought that would be the case just someone at work said you would still have positive opk's even if you weren't actually ovulating? Only way to tell would be temping. But mine seems to go up and down everyday.

You have positive OPKs at the same time that you have a dip and rise in temperature, so you did most likely ovulate exactly as glow shows on the chart.

I have been taking ovulation tests too... seems to change every month, was cd16 this month where the big dip is but mine looks quite erratic compared to others i have seen. 
Sadly I don't think I am pregnant, on day 12 after ovulation, took an early pregnancy test and it was a BFN. Been having bad tummy cramps past few days so reckon I am due on soon.

looks pretty good for ovulation your bbt normally has a dip before ovulation then goes up after so looks like yours does exactly that! have you tried ovulation tests at home to match this just to confirm? once you get that you may relax a bit xxx
