7 Day Flu and Sinus Blood Clot

I apologize for this disgusting image firstly. At about 5am last night I was woken up by a leaking nose and found I was bleeding heavily, so much so blood was going down my throat and coming out both nostrils. Then while holding tissue to my nose, it got soaked, so I began to take it off and this was pulled out with the tissue. A palm full glob. Now my hearing has cleared up and I'm coughing up chunks. I've had fever, aches and chills and sweats and fatigue and soreness and sore throat and stuffy nose and cough for now going on 8 days! I haven't bothered with the doctor, knowing as I'm breastfeeding there is really nothing she can do. Taking some fenugreek for congestion and drinking teas. Now with this and going over a week I wonder is this the end of the cold finally, or is this a more serious. infection. I was pretty freaked out last night, but couldn't find any useful Google info and since the clot passed the bleeding stopped etc. Anyone wanna chime in here?
