idk. but it looks similar to mine. When i was 16 i got it. They peirced thru too much skin so there wasnt enough space for the bar part. what happened was it tried to heal while the top ball was half way in if that makes sense. i always tried pulling it upward so the top ball wasnt so close to my skin. It stayed kinda pinkish around the top hole for a few months before i gave up on it. It left a scar the size of the top ball. This may not be your case but if you find out they they peirced thru too much skin you should go get some extra long belly jewelry so that the surrounding skin heals properly.

owwie  hun I do body piercings on weekends at my uncle's tat shop and I dnt think it's really really infected if anything i maybe haven a reaction to the type of jelwery they USED some shops opt for less quality cuz well there cheaper and your body's 1st reaction is to reject any kind of body modification so 1st.... only use BACTINE to clean it dnt use anything else u will read some say salt water some say werid SHIT but best is good ol Bactine it sprays on and numbs it even some and is antibacterial you may have to get a better jelwery but 1st to nip whatever is going on in butt use Bactine a few days that redness should go away then u can change the barbell  best wishes ...

It takes belly piercings a while to heal, so if it’s red, itchy, etc. for a while, it’s totally normal. Just look out for infection
