I rolled over in bed last night and heard the tell tail "pop/click".. SPD again.. Noooo... I didn't know what it was until I delivered with my last baby. How do they treat this awfulness!? It was so uncomfortable last time and I'm already feeling it at 21weeks. I hope there is relief from this!
