Went for my first scan on Monday after taking Menopur for 7 days and was told there wasn't much happening in the way of follicules, went for another scan today and have only got two follicules on right ovary which is very high up and they would probably have trouble accessing it :-( and none on left ovary, she told me to come back on Friday but is not expecting any big change so possibly looking at cancelling this cycle. (If it's cancelled before EC it doesn't count as a full cycle on NHS) as we only have two free attempts. Was absolutely gutted as stupidity got it in my head that everything would run really smoothly and I'd produce lots of follicules. This is our first cycle. Trying to stay positive but really hard. Anyone else had a really poor response to meds and still had any success with low amount of follicules?x
