!!!!!????

I’m 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant , I️ had period cramps but they’ were a little bit more painful last night , I️ went to the ER the test was positive but they couldn’t see nothing in the ultrasound I️ said maybe because it’s too early , the dr or RN I️ don’t know honestly because their service was poor I️ Just wanted to get out of there he said it’s either the pregnancy is outside the uterus or it’s too early but if the level of hormones goes up then it’s ok you just to do another ultrasound if it goes down then you are miscarrying . I️ am so lost I️ took 4 tests plus the hospital one and they were all positive so idk what to think ! I’m worried !
