Aug 18,2016 I had a tubal ligation done during my 5th c-section. (Yes i have 5 daughters) Last month as I was using the bathroom i felt something strange, looked down and noticed my areolas were much bigger darker and had many large bumps WHICH WERE LEAKING a yellow substance. (Usually the first sign of pregnancy for me) so of course my heart drops into to toilet. I immediately assume its ectopic!! I never missed a period never had any symptoms so Called my OB and was scheduled an appointment four weeks out (because I wasn't experiencing any pain) went friday AND BABY IS IN UTERO!!!! My due date is 7/05/18 I don't know how to feel right now! Still don't understand how this happened with my tubes tied!! I guess God has the final say!
