**GRAPHIC** Spotting/Bleeding

So on Thanksgiving morning I had a subchorionic hemorrhage and the hospital told me to be on bed rest for about a week. Since then I've been spotting and my discharge was brown. I stopped bleeding/spotting for two days after the week of bedrest. Then it started again, like it was old blood. Now today I had discharge and it started to look like this... I'm very nervous. I'm 15+2 and I'm so scared to lose this baby as it is my first.. What should I do? Also here's a shot of my discharge from a few minutes ago..
