Anyone else have horrible hip pains when you sleep? I sleep on one side til it hurts so bad I can’t stand it then flip to the other side until that hurts too bad... this is every night... anyone else?

Yes! And every time I get up after laying down a literally can not walk because of the pain. I have to slowly start moving, and the first couple of steps are so bad!

Yep. Even with a snoogle between my knees and three extra pillows for support, I wake up a few times during the night and need to switch sides. So frustrating.

Yes! I’ve actually been sleeping on the couch since it’s softer. I still don’t get much sleep as my two year old refuses to sleep without me but at least I don’t wake up in pain.

Sounds exactly like me. Literally sleep on one side until I’m in excruciating pain because if I don’t I’m flipping over at least every single hour. It’s so painful.

I prop up my hip with the edge of a pillow, it really helps. Now sleeping with a total of 4 regular pillows and one wedge pillow 😂

Google SPD in pregnancy. Try sleeping with a pillow in between or under both knees. Some women say it helps with pillow in between, mine only helps with pillow under both.

Yep, same. And my lower back literally hurts all the time. These last two months are gonna be rough 😭

Yes!! I'm 32w/5d and it's awful! I feel like a beached whale trying to roll into the ocean. Not to mention, I get awful heartburn if I lay on my right side. So it's either sleep on the left, deal with hip/back pain. Sleep on the right, deal with breathing fire.

Yep. Using a foam roller before bed helps. Sometimes I even get up in the middle of the night and use it because it's so uncomfortable that I can't sleep. The foam roller really provides some relief 👍🏼
