Healing after abortion

Hey lady's. So I just have a few questions to those of you who's had an abortion. First question, how was the procedure done? Did it hurt before during and after? What's the recovery? Is there anyway to secretly get it done? Also how did your cycle act afterwards? Did it return to normal ? Thank you
