I use gold bond for eczema  on my baby and it worked so well it was gone in 3 days or even less but i put some on every other diaper change every day .

You can try aveeno eczema cream or the mustela stelatopia cream.  Both worked well for me, I sometimes use mustela and then aveeno on top of it.
