Cramps and kids.

I've got a 1.5 year old DD (I call Miss1) and today is the first day of my period.

Now generally I'm okay to pop a couple napro, and with a bottle of water and a heat pack I can do our usual morning routine. But right now, I'm finding it hard to stand at all.. The pain is absolutely unbearable this time it's making me cry and double up in pain..

I'm finding its so hard to pay attention to anything, let alone play and keep miss1 entertained.

I had trouble making her breakfast this morning, even getting out of bed had me shaking..

I don't know what to do!! I've never been in so much pain other than giving birth!!! 😭😭😭 It feels like stage 2 labor..
