Weird bruise (?)

Question

I think this is either a weird bruise or my vein. What do you think? I have anemia do I'm always aware of anything that looks like a bruise cuz for me if I bruise badly then I'm not getting enough iron.

I believe it's a varicose vein. Very, very common.

I have one too, I think it is caused from the extra blood pumping can cause capillaries burst. I could be wrong though. Mine is on my calf. ​

I thinks it's a vein too. They show up more when you are pregnant every where.
