My last labor and delivery by c-section was 11 years ago. It was beautiful, they didn’t strap my arms down and as soon as my daughter was born they laid her on my chest. Im curious now as to what the normal policies are surrounding c-sections. Any of you that have had them recently can you tell me do they still let you have this type of experience?? I’d had 2 other c-sections in years previous and HATED that they’d strap me down and take the baby before i got to hold them. Hoping they’re still more progressive now than they were when i first had one...
