No appetite after c-section?

Anyone else experience this? Food sounds so good but once I get it I have to force myself to eat. 😔

Yes! I didn't want to eat the first week after my c section. Now, I feel like eating all the time. I think it just takes a while to get straightened out.

I didn’t have a c-section, but I’m 4 weeks po and I am just now getting somewhat of an appetite back.

I can totally relate! It took me until about one week after my C section to actually want to eat something instead of just forcing it. Most days now my appetite comes and goes.
