Tilted uterus?? What about the col-de-sac?

I went to the doctors today to get an IUD inserted, and was told that I have a tilted uterus. When I asked her what that meant, she said that most women have a uterus that tips forward toward your stomach, but about 30% of women have one that tilts toward the other direction. There really is not much of an issue, except that some women have discomfort while having sex in certain positions. I just read about the "col-de-sac" and now I'm curious if I will ever feel that particular pleasure?
