6wks - Brown discharge and some cramping

I’m 6 weeks and 5 days according to this app. This is my second pregnancy. I didn’t have this happen at all in my first. But this evening I noticed some brown discharge when I wiped. Then I started some cramping that has continued this evening. I put on a pad to monitor and have had some more... feeling worried. Going to wait to call the doctor until tomorrow I think. Anyone else have any experience or insight with this?

Edit/Update: The bleeding started to get heavier this morning. So I called the doctor and they recommended I come in for an ultrasound. They decided I’m having a miscarriage... the baby was too small, and was missing some line that should have been there, more shaping (should have looked more like a gummy bear), and the yolk sac. 😪😥😔 I’m heartbroken, but have to accept it’s part of God’s plan. And at least I have one happy and healthy baby already - and for that I can be thankful.
