I got mine from drug store and I'm new to all this TTC....and have no idea what to do with this thing lol!

There are several ways that you can do it, but personally I prefer the oral method vs vaginal or rectal. Take your temperature first thing in the morning, before you even get up. You are trying to get the temperature of your body when it is at rest. Track the reasons on the app. It may take a cycle or two to get an understanding of what your own body does during your cycle. Universally, there is usually a dip at the start of your period, rising slightly then a dramatic do just before ovulation. Then your two will rise again. If you do happen to get pregnant, you're temperature should ideally remain elevated. If it begins to do again, for voting yourself out until af arrives. Hope that helped.
