NEED CYCLE ADVICE PLEASE!

Ok, my cycle has really shortened this past year and I'm worried. I have had 9 miscarriages and haven't been able to get pregnant in the last 3 years. My period was right on track a year ago, 28 day cycle, 4 day period. Now, for the past year I've had a 22 day cycle, 4 day period. A lot of the time, I have 2 periods a month! This is really ticking me off! Should I take some time off from TTC and maybe get on birth control or something to straighten my cycle out? I'm so angry and confused and irritated! Please help! Any advice is welcome!
