pain in my lower abdomen

a couple of days ago my lower abdomen started to feel uncomftable. its not that painful but it feels tender and pressure in my left part. i suspect its from my cs cut from the left side. its kinda painful but not that pain. i dont have any other symptomps but i feel so worried. no bleeding, vomit etc. im not sure what it is.. please help me. i am going to the doctor next week. it would be a big help i need advice..
