I never shared my story with everyone so here it is

My birth story for people getting close:

So I had been dilated 3-4cm for about two weeks and on march 1 at 10pm I was sitting on the couch with my mom watching our tv shows when it felt like I had a little discharge come out I waited a few minutes and more came out so my mom told me to go pee and see if that was it so I peed and waited and it just kept flowing so my water had broke I went to the hospital called my husband to meet us there and his parents too once we got there checked in I changed and that's when my husband showed up and they did a test strip and it was amniotic fluid so the wait was on after awhile they started me on pitosin and I was barely feeling my contractions so we waited and waited and I wasn't feeling anything and they had given as much

as they could and I wasn't progressing so my doctor came in and told me she thinks there is a second bag that had formed from the original that's blocking my progression (mind you I don't have my epidural yet since I wasn't feeling anything) so she went in and broke the bag and at the time I started having a contraction I felt that since I was in the highest point of contraction labor pain and man that hurt SOOOOOO bad I called for my epidural in that moment it took twenty minutes I yelled at my husband I was using my mom digging my nails into her I was miserable in pain I had contractions two minutes apart and my epidural lady got it in in between contractions my hospital staff was AMAZING! So now my epidural had to catch up so I only felt the peaks of the contractions now for a short moment the moment I went numb I told them I was feeling pressure my nurse went to check her head was right there her hair was hanging out my nurse and I did practice pushes as soon as my doctor came in it was go time and in 4 pushes out came my beautiful baby girl Lilliana Marie Peck at 7lbs 4oz 19in and EVERYTHING I went through was worth it! You ladies can do this!
