Sertraline/Zoloft

Is anyone else on Sertraline/Zoloft? I'm currently on 75mg so quite a low dose but was planning on reducing to 50mg after winter.

However, I can't help feeling guilty that I'm on a medication when there is a minimal risk to the baby. The midwife and doctor are happy for me to be on it but when there was talk of reducing in the third trimester to avoid withdrawals in the baby it made me feel even more guilty. I can't help worrying about being on sertraline!
