Restless legs and feet?

I'm 6 weeks and today is the second night where I wake up in the middle of  the the night from this urge to mov my feet and hands . It drives me crazy. Can't sleep for hours. It feels like I wanna start running or punching something . Is anyone else experiencing this ?

Yes, I have it so bad I end up crying. I always take a warm bath with Epsom salt and then a Benadryl but the dr had to prescribe sleeping pills for when it's really bad. It's very painful I'm sorry you have to go through that.

Mine doesn't hurt or anything it just feels so weird it's crazy. And we live in a small studio . I can't even do anything At 3 am :(

I have found that eating a banana after dinner (potassium) and going for an evening walk helps a lot.

I have had the same my legs feel so hot and I'm really fidgety and can't sleep , bananas before bed do work well!

I have it and it's terrible. My dr told me to eat food high in potassium and drink water.

I've had restless legs my whole pregnancy except mine hit me right before I go to bed. My husband rubs my feet and legs and when that doesn't work well enough we have a massage feature on our bed. I know not everyone is fortunate enough to have that(the bed came with the house brand new, we were the first to sleep in it because the previous owner was in a nursing home yet thought she needed this bed) but yeah, it sucks. That's how I manage it lol good luck
