I need some advice....

Hi!! Ok so bare with me this is a little long, but I wasn't sure where else I could go to vent and get unbiased advice. I've been with this guy for two months. We spend a ton of time together. We've got the bf/gf labels. We have great chemistry, a great (and open) sex life and always have fun. I have strong feelings for him. We've always been honest and open with each other. But I'm starting to see he might have an issue. His ex really messed with his head and I think he's afraid of being alone. He seems to always need me. He asks for money (I make way more), and is always saying how he wants us to live together so things would be easier. He lives with his parents still due to a bad previous relationship. He's tried to end this a few times because he says he isn't ready for a relationship but he never actually ends it. We always just end up arguing and then we're fine. He wants me to pay for all this stuff for his car and for us to go do stuff but I don't want to. When I say no he gets so mad he just stops talking to me for a few hours. BUT now I went in his phone (I know it's bad) but he got some texts and calls very late a few times when he sleeps over. I saw the messages and he's texting an ex. Some of it is sexual. Some of it he's saying he needs to stop responding to her. She called last night while he was laying next to me and he lied about it saying it was his "stupid friend" and didn't answer it. He was texting with her last night as well while in my bed. NOW my problem is....do I say something to him about what I saw and be that crazy girl or just let it go and see what happens. Like I said it's only been 2 months but we are supposed to be exclusive. We have a great connection and what I thought was an open and honest relationship. He even has the password to my phone but he wouldn't give me his. I know this all sounds crazy but I'm not sure what to do. I'm 33 he's 32. I'm divorced. Not getting any younger and I've been looking for my forever guy. I'm really bummed about this and my epic fails the past two years of trying to date. Help! I don't mind criticism but don't be nasty about what you say!! I need some real advice on what you would do!!
