19 1/2 weeks preagnt

Jessica • I’m 28 years old, been married for 8 years and have a beautiful baby boy who’s almost 3 and I have another baby boy on the way!
I'm 19 1/2 weeks preagnt and I have lil pains here and there not blooding or cramping. What do you think it cud be, don't go to dr for another week and half.
