I've read that we should start avoiding bras with underwires, as they can cause tissue damage to our growing bellies and boobies. I've been spilling out of my cups and really need a bra upgrade (cupgrade?), and I was hoping to find some super comfy ones without underwires. I've seen that a lot of other ladies are wearing sports bras, which are great but unfortunately don't work well with my work attire. I've tried on some bras that didn't support me well, and I bought one that ended up digging into me within a few hours.

TL;DR - does anyone have recommendations for supportive bras sans underwire that are comfortable for bigger chests?
