So my period is officially ten days late, I gave birth to my son in March of last year and I got my period back in June (I breastfed until he was four months) I have had a period every month since June and my period has never been more than four days late since getting it back, but before my first pregnancy I was never late and always had a regular period, of course I expected it to be off after having a baby but it was off by much just slightly heavier than normal, but now I just don't know what to do because I took three test and they showed up like this :

So I figured okay well maybe I am pregnant then a couple days late I took the same brand test and got two negatives, my period has seriously never been this late I'm not quite sure what to do am I pregnant? should I call my doctor? because I'm having similar symptoms like what I had in my first trimester with my son. any opinions or advice are greatly appreciated ladies.
