Baby vomiting yellow??

I’m waiting for the On Call doctor to call me back but it’s taking forever, has anybody experienced there baby vomiting yellow?? I was scared it was a lot. But then he was acting fine and smiling but then fell asleep..should I be worried??

One time my 7wk old spit up alittlevbright yellow stuff. It freaked me out and I googled it for hours. But it was a one time thing and she seemed fine, so I assumed it was jsit a bit of bile and no big deal.

My baby spit up ALOT not too long after nursing, it actually looked like someone dumped a glass of milk on us both, after that he kept spitting up normal amounts of yellow which I think was just bile. That was a couple weeks ago and it hasn't happened since. I think I might have eaten something that upset his belly, he was very fussy that day and evening.
