MIL in the delivery room

I have always known that I want my mother and husband to be in the delivery room with me when I am in labor. My mom and I have a great bond and I couldn't imagine not having her there to help me through this. The problem is my MIL really wants to be in the room as well. My husband doesn't see an issue with it but she can be some what invasive and I want the room to be calm and nurturing. I know she will throw out her opinion about every little thing and I just don't want that the day of. I am hoping to get my doctor involved and just ask her to only allow two people in the delivery room but any other advice if I that doesn't work out for me or anyone else going through the same problem?
