Living back with the parents and my diet is slipping

So I've only been vegan 6 months and my ex and I did it together. We would grocery shop and meal prep together and make bomb vegan food. However, we broke up about a month ago and I'm living with my dad and his girlfriend who are horrible eaters and of course eat meat and dairy every day. I try to buy my little vegan frozen meals and keep snacks and granola bars around but I am not going to make full vegan meals for just me every meal. Also I've been slipping. Not with meat but if I'm starving and don't have anything I'll eat a slice of pizza every once in a while or a bean and cheese burrito if they made that for dinner. I don't want to have these slips but it's really hard. Any recommendations with how to eat better and maintain the vegan lifestyle when living with 5 other people who do NOT have a diet even close to that??
