Anyone ttc after miscarriage??

Hey guys.. I had twin to twin transfusion in July 2013 and ended up loosing both my twins after laser surgery due from my water breaking.. And that was my second pregnancy my first was successful giving me a baby boy in June 2012 but I'm having trouble getting pregnant again just wondering if something has changed doctor said I could retry after 5 months and so dec came and I've been trying and can't seem to get pregnant!! It happened so easy and fast the last two times!! Should I see a doctor?
