I'm 46 days PP and about 2 weeks ago my husband and I didn't use protection. The past couple days I have been nauseous in the mornings. I have also noticed that when I go to the bathroom and wipe there is pinkish brown spotting. Could this be implantation bleeding and if so when should I take a pregnancy test?
