I don’t know what to do about heavy periods. I use always ultra overnight and Tampax ultra together many times and can’t go more than two hours without both being soaked completely. Three hours is pushing it bc then I risk leaks which are messy. I try to put a towel or hospital bed pad under me when I sleep bc many nights I wake up to murder scene. It is disconcerting and I’m afraid to go places that time of month bc of it. I have to carry tons of pads and extra underwear. I try to plan things around period days. Going to work on these days is tough bc I stand and it’s busy and I can’t always get to bathroom in timely fashion. I’ve tried some incontinence pads which really fee like diapers but are thicker in absorbency but does anyone recommend a good brand ? It makes me depressed to have to be this way . ☹️
