I'm in my fertile window and after logging my BD two days in a row Glow just sent me a notification to have sex every other day instead of everyday? To help with mobility of sperm it said it's better to BD every other day instead ? I'm supposed to ovulate Saturday and really would just like to do it everyday from now until Saturday! But not sure if it's best to just do it every other day now....Thoughts?

I heard every other day is recommended to let the sperm supply build back up.

me and my husband BD every other day during the fertile window. the sperm count has a little time to grow if you wait a little bit in between sessions. fingers crossed!
