I'm so light headed and it feels like a lot of pressure already in my stomach. Baby number five and never got this lightheaded accompanied with slight headaches. I was anemic prior to pregnancy and wondering if that could be a possibility to why

Me too. I'm having a lot of light-headed-ness, pulling/pressure in pelvic area, heartburn, and constant nausea and excess saliva. I'm 5 weeks today. But I am grateful for all these symptoms!

Sounds like it. Does your prenatal vitamin have iron? Make sure to put your head down if you get dizzy and eat often.
