Do you treat yourself as pregnant in tww?

So I know I am weird, but was wondering if anyone else feels like I do every tww.  I find myself "acting pregnant" every tww and not accepting I am not till AF comes.  what I mean by this is I take the thought of "I am pregnant till proven not".  I feel that most people take the other path of not pregnant till proven so.

I do this too sadly and it gets my hopes up :/ I won't drink caffeine, eat candy, exercise, wear tight clothing, take pain meds, anything. I'm so cautious

I did this but after so many BFN’s it’s too upsetting. Now I’m in the category, NOT pregnant until proven so. 😔

I'm guilty of this! I start treating my body as if I'm pregnant my week of ovulation. I have learned not to try to symptom spot it's only disappointing.
