So, my boyfriends kids mother just had a baby, and they both failed the drug test for THC. Then she got reported for neglect on the baby. We have the two oldest chidren (11&8) living with us but we are not married. We had a caseworker visit the two older boys at school, after they were told no not without a parent present. And then continued to set up an appointment to come to our house and look at they're bedrooms and cupboards and fridge water etc. and want to do weekly visits. Is this allowed? She also told us information about the case. The report was only on the baby. I'm not sure what's allowed but I'm pretty sure some laws were broke.
