Have I already ovulated?

I started testing ovulation on CD11 and today the test line came out lighter than yesterday? I'm confused 🤷🏻‍♀️

Those are definitely negative. Test line has to be darker or as dark as the control line. 
How long are your cycles? Where are you in your cycle? 
I have a 28 day cycle. I always got my positive opks cd 14-15. 
I started testing once a day cd7. I started testing twice a day cd10.
