I need help/ advice...
I am a 13 (going on 14 in a few weeks) year old girl, here’s my issue, so today in health class we got weighed and measured. I got 5 foot 8 inches and 210 pounds😬
(I would like to say that I am a bigger person who has played contact sports her whole life)
I can’t figure out if it’s bad or not.
I don’t think that I look “fat” or anything
(my arms are a little jiggly but my thighs are thick and toned from sports) and I can move and run w/o complete dying, but this number seems extremely high for my age and height.
I don’t feel bad or anything (I love myself💗) I just think that this may be an issue. Plz help if you have any idea if I should be worried😕
