so I spotted for six days (I stopped for a day and started again) should I count that as my period or?

I am in the same boat. I tested yesterday and got BFN at 13 dpo. Spotted very little yesterday morning and and little today. Zero cramps. Not sure if this is my period. What is it. So confused
