My daughter’s been teething on and off for months, I’m a first time mum and this is her first tooth so I’m very impatiently waiting for it to finally come out lol. Her teeth have been sitting right under the gum and raising the gum up for the last few weeks, and three days ago I noticed there was a line above the tooth on her gum that was also a different colour to the rest of the gum. Here’s the best pic I could get, it was much more noticeable in person (see between the red lines):

Then on day two, I could actually see the sharp top of the tooth underneath this line on the gum, though it hadn’t cut through yet:

And now on day three I can’t see that sharp tooth anymore (wtf? 🤷🏼‍♀️) but the line on the gum has gotten a bit bigger and looks sorta like a blister, and I’ve also noticed that under the tooth in the gum she has a really noticeable red line going around the bottom of the tooth:

What is going on here? As I said, I’m a first time mum, and I thought for sure when I saw the top of that tooth that she was going to cut, but now I can’t see the damn thing and there’s a red line under the tooth in the gum and I don’t know if this is normal or not lol.
