im really confused and need some help!!!!!!

im now 20 days late and ive done test after test and big fat no! i have no idea whats going on, ive been getting sore boobs, cramps i was sick and i was spotting for 2 days on and off, i have a ct scan this coming friday and im scared that if i am and its not picking it up i might harm the baby, ive had my pre ct scan blood test but i wont find out my results til friday also! please can someone give me some advice or guidance on what to do!!
