I just did this for my last cycle and just found out I'm pregnant. I didn't follow it to a T but when I got a positive opk, we BD'd 3 days in a row starting on peak day. So I know that part of the plan works.

Ive read a few woman on here have success with it. So i tried it this laat time and today is first day of missed aunt flo. Got faint tests but not enough to have me convinced because ive gone through so many miscarriages and chemicals. So im waiting until Friday to test again :) I'll keep u posted

i heard nothing but good things about it. This is my first cycle trying so I️m excited to see the results. I️m 6 dpo and ive been having mild cramping. So hopefully that’s a good sign cause AF not due until the 16
