If it's transvaginal if baby is on the left side on bottom or top it's a boy. If baby is on the right top or bottom it's a girl. If you have a abdominal ultrasound then u flip it. Hope this make sense.

The theory is based on an ultrasound between six and eight weeks. If the placenta is attached to the left side of the uterus it 97.5% chance of a girl. If its attached on the right side of the uterus its a 97.2% chance of a boy. Multiples were excluded from the study.
