All day yesterday I was extremely thirsty and was having painful gas pains and light cramping, and today the gas was definitely less but I've still been cramping. The really strange thing is that I NEVER cramp unless it's PSM/period time, but my period isn't due for 2.5 more weeks! I'm also on the pill (have been for 3 years), so if I did ovulate I would have no idea as to when that occurred. Today I had a horrible headache and I've been feeling fatigued the past few days no matter how much I sleep.

Today after sex (not rough by any means) I went to the bathroom and saw the tiniest smudge of blood, but threw it in the toilet before I really thought about it or got a good look. I wiped a few more times, and then got two tiny pinpoint sized dots of blood. Did anyone have implantation bleeding that looked like this?

What is really throwing me off is the cramping. I rarely cramp, and when I do it's because AF is coming or here. I'm just super confused. ☹️ I don't want to take a test until I've actually missed a period, but I want to know what you guys think.
