Does anyone else feel like we are going through what happen in the old days girls getting married and pregnant early,they always say history repeats it's self! ( I had my daughter at 16 and married at 18)

& things were very different a long time ago or back in the day. You sell your child short by having them so young, it's just a fact.  We live in a vastly different world than our grand mothers & great grandmothers did. The rules have changed. I wish you all the best.

Everyone assumes that children of young parents suffer ! That's not the case , my child comes first & he never goes without ! EVER . However I also think that children who are handed everything dont learn to appreciate anything ! I know because growing up i was handed everything , and it wasn't until I had a family Of my own that I started to appreciate what I do have .

I fully believe that becoming a wife and a mother at 18 was all part of gods plan for me . I hope to oneday use my story to inspire other young women who become pregnant and don't know which way to turn ! ?

I feel like honestly it's no ones opinion. I got pregnant with my son at 17. Were we ready then , no not at all ! We had nothing , neither of us had jobs , and we were living in a camper .  However our LO gave us the perseverance to better our lives . Me and DH are both 19 now , and we have a wonderful life . He has a great job that allows me to be a SAHM . We own our own land & were getting ready to build out first home together. I grew up at 17 , I'm not sure what it feels like to be 19. I feel much older .

I married at 21, now I'm 23 I feel waiting until we travel and enjoy couple time is right for us but everyone is different...

The only persons choice is to when they get pregnant is yours! I don't see a problem with young mums, as long as you have a good support network and feel emotionally stable. Most people will not marry there school sweetheart, but it does happen. Whether or not you stay with the dad as long as you give the baby all the love it needs that's what matters. Everyone will always have a opinion on this topic but to be blunt it's none of their business it's your body! And anyway young parents get to see their great grandchildren even great great grandchildren! 16 is just a number it depends how grown up you are in your mind that matters! Good luck too you xx

I honestly don't..... That was happening way more in the 60s and such. Pregnant teens have gone way down over time..

I'm a little confused about the question to be compleatly honest. But times were different back in the day. Itwasn't  that un heard of to get married young, and start a family young. I'm definatly not saying it dosent happen now a days because I got married young at 18, but had my daughter at 20. But if you're mom had you young it dosen't mean you will get pregnant young. Or if your expecting now, it doesn't your baby will follow your steps. We all make our own paths in life, we forfill our own destiny! Best of Luck to you!! :)
